RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

PINK PARIS ATELIER

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

At Pink Paris Atelier, we want you to shop with confidence. We therefore offer a 30-calendar-day return period from the date you receive your order, voluntarily extending the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal established under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and unopened.
• In their original packaging, with all applicable hygiene seals intact.
• In a condition suitable for return.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal where the exception provided for in Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 applies.

During the additional voluntary return period, from day 15 to day 30, only unused, unopened products with their original seals intact will be accepted.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at atelier@pinkparisatelier.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, providing:

• Order number.
• Full name.
• Product(s) you wish to return.
• Reason for return (optional).

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address by email.

Products must be sent back within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or we are legally required to cover these costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return can be located.

Important: Please do not send returns to our registered business address. The designated return address will be provided individually by email.

3. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and the conditions of this policy.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (First 14 Days)

We will refund the applicable payments, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Voluntary Extended Returns (Days 15–30)

For eligible returns requested during the additional voluntary return period, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products, excluding the original shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned products and verifying that they meet the conditions of this policy.

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at atelier@pinkparisatelier.com.

To help us process your request efficiently, we recommend providing:

• Order number.
• Photographs of the product and packaging, where possible.
• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Where an order fulfilment error or lack of conformity is confirmed, Pink Paris Atelier will cover the return shipping costs where legally required.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by our 30-day return period or the conditions applicable to sealed products.

5. SETS & GIFT BOXES

Sets and gift boxes sold as a single product must be returned complete, including all their original components.

Partial returns of individual items included in a set purchased as one product are not accepted, without prejudice to your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
