Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU, the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract, without needing to justify your decision or incur any penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us unambiguously at atelier@pinkparisatelier.com before the end of this period.

Hygiene exception: pursuant to Article 103(e) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or whose security seal has been removed after delivery, for reasons of health and hygiene protection. We inform you of this exception prior to the completion of your purchase.

Where the product has not been unsealed and a return is applicable, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

Gift boxes and sets: returns must be made in full. Partial returns of items included in a set are not accepted.
