Welcome to Pink Paris Atelier. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pink Paris Atelier. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our online store and all associated services, content, and functionality (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Access and Use
You represent that you are of legal age under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU, the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty. At Pink Paris Atelier we voluntarily extend this period to 30 calendar days from delivery for products that are unused, unopened and with their seals intact.
To exercise this right, notify us unambiguously at atelier@pinkparisatelier.com within the applicable period. You may use the model withdrawal form included in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Hygiene exception: pursuant to Article 103(e) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health and hygiene protection. We inform you of this exception before you complete your purchase.
The conditions for returns, return shipping costs and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, trademarks, design, etc.) is the property of Pink Paris Atelier or its licensors.

8. Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no direct control. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Our store operates through Shopify. However, all transactions are conducted directly with Pink Paris Atelier. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and our company.
